Smaller package: 1 hour initial rehearsal, 2 hours material review and coaching, and 2 hours further rehearsal and coaching. Total: 5 hours.
Full-day package: 10 hours of coaching work supporting your eight-hour workshop. The detailed allocation is agreed for your workshop.

| Understand the training | Review your existing training, audience and the delivery areas you want to work on. Review the training you want to deliver and where you need support. Agree what confident delivery means for your particular session and audience. |
| Initial rehearsal | Observe your delivery and identify specific points to work on, such as clarity, pacing and instructions. Practice explaining the content, opening the session, guiding activities and moving between topics. Use specific feedback to improve clarity, pacing and audience connection. |
| Material review and coaching | Review how the existing material supports delivery and coach you through the agreed improvements. |
| Further rehearsal | Practice again using the feedback and work through the selected sections with coaching. |
| Feedback and next steps | Summarise the practical changes and agree what to keep practicing. |
What you provide
The existing training materials, subject expertise, intended audience, workshop length and the delivery areas you want to practice. You remain the trainer.
What you receive
Coached rehearsal, practical feedback and a clear set of delivery improvements for your existing training.
Scope
Creating a new training programme and delivering or facilitating the workshop for your learners are separate. Extra coaching is agreed before it is scheduled.
This service coaches you to deliver your training. Training-content creation, delivery to your learners and facilitation on your behalf are separate services.
Reply with the training topic, workshop length, available materials and preferred practice focus. We will agree the package, schedule and how to share materials before starting.
